Terms & Conditions

a) Service: Fees will be charge for service performed by Techno Computer Solutions beyond what is covered under the Limited Warranty. Hardware repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty will be charged at $30 per hour. Software configurations and software-related services will be charged at $50 per hour. These hourly rates are subject to subject to annual adjustments.

b) Delivery: Unless otherwise noted in the form of this document, the delivery of special order items, or items from the Buyers/Consumer for repairs will be made FOB (Freight On Board) Techno Computer Solutions to be paid by the Buyer/Customer. Techno Computer Solutions will not be responsible for any losses/damages resulting from shipping. It is Buyers/Customer's responsibility to request adequate insurance to cover such items.

c) Payment: All invoices are due and payable when the Buyer/Customer receives the item. A maximum interest rate permissible under California law will apply to any past due account and or invoice. There will be a $25 service charge on every returned and/or dishonored check. This service charge will increase for every 30-calendar days from the check is originally rendered, unless and until the buyers/Customer renders the full payment

d) Refunds: Techno Computer Solutions provides absolutely NO refund after 7 calendar days from the date Buyer/Customer receives the item. For refundable item, a restocking fee equivalent to twenty percent (15%) of the purchase price will be deducted from the total to be refunded, except those items that are found by Techno Computer Solutions to be defective since the time of purchased. The following items are NOT refundable under any circumstances: 1st thrifty items purchase under $20, 2nd service labor, programming/service-related cost, 3rd special order items, 4th Obsolete order parts, 5th Deposits, 6th Opened Software, and or/ 7th Boxed CPUs or boxed retailed item where the box is opened.

e) Returns: All returned items must be made in the original packaging material, complete with all manuals, CDs, Software, diskettes, accessories AND original invoice with NO EXECPTIONS, items cannot be returned to Techno Computer Solutions in used or altered condition. Buyer/Customer acknowledges that Techno Computer Solutions cannot guaranty the item frame that Buyer/Customer could get the item repaired or replaced. It will be at Techno Computer Solutions discretion to provide immediate replacement. Buyer/Customer who purchase retail parts are required to contact the original manufactures for return.

f) Compatibility and Damaged Items: Techno Computer Solutions is not responsible for compatibility issues that stem from the software and/or hardware installed by the Buyer/Customer. Any dismantled, marked, removed, displaced, or visibly defaced products by Buyer/Customer will void any and all warranties provide by Techno Computer Solutions.

g) Forum Selection and Choice of Law: Buyer/Customer agrees that any dispute between Buyer/Customer and Techno Computer Solutions will be adjudicated at a court in Los Angeles County as selected by Techno Computer Solutions, and that California law will applies.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Techno Computer Solutions makes NO warranty, express or implied, other that what is set forth below. Techno Computer Solutions will provide: 1st thirty (30) calendar days warranty for OEM CPU's and memory, 2nd six (6) months parts and labor warranty for the computer systems and/or three months warranty for parts if purchased separately unless otherwise noted on the front of this document or if the manufacturer already provides warranty. Techno Computer Solutions will send the merchandise covered by the warranty to the manufacturer for repairs, and provides NO warranty on when the item will be returned and NO replacement for the merchandise (no cross exchange) for repairs, labor charges will be applied every time Buyer/Customer brings in the system - even if it comes with the same problem do to Buyer/Customer not followed recommended action before Buyer/Customer left with system or systems the previews time.

Service warranty for a computer system is void if the seal placed by Techno Computer Solutions id broken. Parts warranty is void by any damage due to misuse, negligence, computer viruses, burn, electric shock, electric short, or any kind of physical damage or accident while not under control of Techno Computer Solutions. No warranty will be provided without the original receipt or if any sticker is removed from the parts. This warranty is limited to the value of goods sold and does not cover any other damages. Their respective manufacturers warrant monitors and printers. Techno Computer Solutions makes no additional warranties unless it is specified in writing between the parties. Techno Computer Solutions makes NO representation of any regarding the parts accessories, computer equipment or software purchased by Buyer/Customer except otherwise specified in this document. The Buyer/Customer are responsible for checking and acknowledging receipt of all items denoted by signature on the front of this document.

DISCLAIMERS: Techno Computer Solutions shall not be held liable for any special consequential, incidental and/or other damages including but not limited to the damages for loss of data, any other economic loss or damages and/or sums paid by the Buyer/Customer to third parties - resulting from the merchandise and/or services provided by Techno Computer Solutions. Techno Computer Solutions makes NO warranties, express or implied, against any infringement claims upon patent, copyright, trademark and/or trade name law. Techno Computer Solutions is not a manufacturer of computer parts or accessories as defined in California Civil Code

FORCE MAJEURE

Techno Computer Solutions shall not be liable for any delays or defaults hereunder by reason of fire, floods, acts of God, labor troubles, accidents to machinery, delays of carriers or suppliers, inability of suppliers to supply, the impositions of priorities, restrictions or other acts of government, or other causes beyond its reasonable control. The laws of the State of California, U.S.A., in all respects, shall govern this Warranty.
